Our garments are all specially handcrafted for our customers on a made to order basis. All our garments are thoroughly checked for quality and go through an extensive quality check before shipping. Once an order is placed, we can not offer any exchange or returns.
However, in the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations such as:

We would be happy to exchange the garment. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:
The request is communicated within 3 days of receipt of the packageThe item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at Customercare@inej.in. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
